DIB Active is proud to present ‘once in a lifetime’ experience of playing with the GCEO to all the DIB cricketers. This annual event will see 30 unique cricketers (selection on the basis of DIBPL performance) experience what it is like to play with the GCEO by their side.

Season one updates:

Launch and Team Formation ceremony was held on the 27th March 2019 at one of DIB’s Business Village offices. This event was attended by DIB Head of Investor Relations, Kashif Moosa and all the 30 selected participants of this season. Two teams DIB Challengers and DIB Phantoms were formed with a twist to ensure this edition records an even contest. Players were first put in pairs, in accordance with their skill set and their role in the team, further put in different teams randomly through chit draw.

The action begins on April 12, 2019, with DIB Phantoms competing against the DIB Challengers in a two-game series with the GCEO playing for both the teams once. The winner of this contest (based on the best-run rate / points table) will finally face off against the legendary DIB Knightriders.
